Kept offers complimentary worldwide shipping via New Zealand Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you.

Under normal circumstances your order will be dispatched on the following business day.

Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, taxes and other potential charges applied to internationally shipped goods. All sales taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once they have been dispatched.

Kept Limited is not liable for any losses or damage due to incorrect delivery address notification or expenses that result from refusal of receipt.


Estimated Delivery Times.

New Zealand: please allow 1-3 working days from the time you receive the tracking details by email.

International destinations: please allow 3-10 working days from the time you receive the tracking details by email. 



If you wish to return a product for exchange or credit please contact us at within three days of receipt. All returns must be pre-authorised and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns must be unworn, in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt of purchase. Gloves must still be connected by the basting stitch. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations may be made prior to shipping. Once an item has been shipped it is unable to be cancelled but may be returned and exchanged.



All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and local orders are inclusive of GST. We accept payment via PayPal and credit card.
